Views of Bridgers from the bedrooms, and the house sits just across the street from the park with a playground. Bright kitchen has newer stainless steel appliances and lots of cherry cabinetry to accommodate even the most ambitious of cooks. Highly desirable main floor master suite has a large bedroom with giant walk-in closet, and master bath with dual vanities. 3 bedrooms, a bath, and a large family room are upstairs. Laundry is conveniently located upstairs as well, close to the bedrooms, where you need it most. Whirlpool washer and dryer are included with the lease. Living and dining rooms are open concept, with soaring ceilings and a cozy gas fireplace. Hardwood floors on the main floor, carpet in all the bedrooms. Nice deck for BBQ-ing outside in the summer. Available for rent June 1, 2026. Asking $4100 per month (first and last month rent is due before move-in plus security deposit equal to 1 month rent). 2 year lease term minimum, longer lease term preferred.
