We are an engaged couple looking for a roommate for the 2015 -- 2016 academic year. Location / Apartment Situated in the Dwight district, the apartment is located in a very convenient area in midway from/to the Broadway street market (banks, B&Nobles, Apple store, AA, Yale Gym, etc.), several Yale colleges, the School of Architecture and the School of Art. The apartment is located in the heart of the campus. Both the street market and the schools are accessible within 5 to 10 minutes walk. The apartment is lovely. Renovated kitchen, wood floors, vast rooms, lots of light, 2 bedrooms (w/ walk-ins) and 1 bathroom. Not furnished. No pets and no smoking according to the lease. The rent is $675/month (Utilities aren't included). The price is quite competitive for the area and the apartment condition. (A single bedroom apartment in the area varies from $750 to $900) Us We are from China and Canada. She is starting in the graphic design department at Yale. He graduated from the School of Art in 2012 and worked in China for 3 years as a lecturer in Hunan University while working as a designer. We are very diligent and open minded, yet also enjoy our privacy at times. He is only coming back from China on December 2015. He will work in the area (or NY) and will take extra classes. Besides everything, we're pretty chill. Roomie We are looking for a very clean and diligent roommate, boy or girl. Student, if possible.
