This 4 bedroom house is located on the east side of Des Moines right off Easton Blvd near Easttown Park. The home sits on a corner lot and has a nice covered front porch. As you walk in you're greeted with a good sized living room with hardwood floors. Off the living room is the first bedroom with double doors. There is a good sized kitchen that includes a fridge and gas stove, and a dining area towards the back of the house. Off the dining room is the second bedroom on the main level and the full bathroom. Downstairs is another small living room area, and the other two non-conforming bedrooms. Washer and dryer hookups in the basement. Our back is a covered patio and almost fully fenced in large yard. The garage does not come with the property, but there is a shed for tenants to use and a built-in planter box. Tenant pays all utilities. There is a $50 application fee per adult, deposit is $1350, and if approved there is a one time administrative fee of $150. Small pets up to 25 lbs allowed with a $250 pet fee and $50/month pet rent.
