As a senior recently moving in this past summer. I have enjoyed my experience with the staff and the amenities of the property. And the neighborhood I have really enjoyed the maintenance-free Living , Being a resident of the city for the past 40 years, the transition too a Multi unit complex, I have my reservations and concerns at first. It Was made Very easy and Hassle free by the Office/ Concierre staff. Which always had a smile and a pleasant attitude when going to the office. Walking me through the paperwork.They understood I was not Familiar to this environment. Or the process of moving in understanding. I needed to set app To electronically pay rent, my mailbox - Needing help with Where to go and providing paperwork for the polsto personnel to understand my location, Time frames for moving in. Also help with setting portal on my mobile device. Because I was not Text savvy In setting up today's payment systems. Doing these types of payments in the past. I really would like to say thank you. That made me feel very welcome and comfortable. As. I mentioned in the beginning.I moved in the summer Recently needed to turn my heat on and it didn't work. Following the procedures of call Put in a maintenance ticket Staff responding quickly Professionally & Was able to fix The issue very quickly. And the BEST Part of the whole experience was there was no Charge to me, In the past I would have had a costly Unexpected. Bill to pay. That is why I'm leaving this review at this time because. I really appreciate my NEW HOME Thank you Mr. Charles M 😎😴🤠☺️ P.S. When I walk out my front door my car is 10 steps away.
