The room is a fully-furnished cozy upstairs room that comes with a full-size mattress and bed frame, nightstand, a shelf stand, compact wall dresser, with a large window that lets in loads of sunlight, recessed lights, and a 2 x 2 closet for $895 all inclusive/month. Please note that this room is SMALL, ideal for a minimalist (ie cozy. If you're cool with tiny living and don't have much stuff, then this will work for you, otherwise, probably not). Total of 4 people living in the house (3 rooms upstairs, 1 room in basement, bath on each floor). You would share the upstairs full bathroom with two other roommates. We all share the kitchen and half bath on the main level. Adults only, only singles (no couples), and no pets please! Please contact us with some information about yourself, why you're interested in the place, and when you’d be looking to move (so we know you're a real person)!
