Total space measures approx. 370 sq ft total and is $1,350 all inclusive/month. Total of 4 people living in the house (3 rooms upstairs, primary suite in basement, bath on each floor). You would have your own private bathroom. We all share the kitchen and half bath on the main level. Only singles (no couples), and no additional pets please! Please contact us with some information about yourself, why you're interested in the place, and when you'd be interested in moving in!
