Excellent location of house on Main St. Walking distance to Target, Costco, Park, Restaurants, Grocery Stores, Retail Shops, Coffee/Tea Shops and Alhambra Hospital. A short drive to Almansor Park, CSULA, Downtown LA, Old Town Pasadena, Freeways 10, 110 and 710. There's a laundromat across the street. Bus Line 78 is a few steps away. The cozy unit comes with private bathroom. There is a small fridge and microwave- no stove or cooking allowed. 2 ceiling fans. No on-site parking. Street parking nearby. Talk to City of Alhambra regarding street parking permit. Unit was just re-painted. Pictures attached do not show current paint color.
