This is a beautiful fully remodeled home in a highly popular west Redding neighborhood. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and a two car garage. It has an attached covered patio with a ceiling fan, electric outlet, and lights for relaxing and eating. Energy-efficient mini-split heating and cooling system. The home is wired with new Cat 5 and coaxial cable for entertainment in all rooms. The kitchen is equipped with an electric range with an outside vented range hood, a new dishwasher, a garbage disposal, and a water line at the fridge (we will provide a refrigerator if requested for no additional cost). The home offers a fenced yard and includes auto sprinklers for easy lawn maintenance. Tenant is responsible for yard maintenance, or additional charge for yard maintenance service. We welcome dogs and cats with an additional $50/month per pet. Additionally, we will install a pet door in the hallway that exits to the backyard, so pets can go potty outside. The owner is holding off installing the pet door in case you don’t have pets. A 1-year lease is required. Liability insurance is required, although renter's insurance is recommended.
