Residents pay all utilities and are responsible for lawn care and snow removal entirely. Averages can be obtained by calling West Des Moines Water Works for water/sewer/trash and Mid American Energy for Gas/Electric. Initial lease terms are 12 months with short term leases available for an additional fee. Pet-friendly, no breed or weight restrictions. No more than 2 pets.
