This home has vinyl plank flooring throughout the main level with carpeted stairs and upper level. Off-street parking available with a fully fenced front/back yard. PLEASE NOTE - THIS HOME DOES NOT HAVE CENTRAL AC. Window air conditioning would need to be provided and installed by the new resident if desired. Residents pay all utilities and are responsible for lawn care and snow removal entirely. Averages can be obtained by calling West Des Moines Water Works for water/sewer/trash and Mid American Energy for Gas/Electric. Initial lease terms are 12 months with short term leases available for an additional fee. Pet-friendly, no breed or weight restrictions. No more than 2 pets. Initial pet fee ($200 for first pet, $100 for the second) and monthly pet rent ($30/mo. per pet) apply. There is a New Lease Administrative Fee of $70 applied to each approved household to be paid at or before move in.
