We have 2 bed rooms available immediaately and Jan 1st for long term or short term. The bed rooms can be furnished or unfurnished on the upper level of a huge 5 bed-room house on the lake side. The house is like a dream house you will ever want located at Lake shore/Royal York on the lakeside, huge backyard with lawn to the water, backyard private dock at the water, private outdoor pool and hot tub for the summer, beautiful scene and gorgeous view of lake and city from the house. It's not a scam! If you are looking for good quality of stay in Toronto this is the right place! The house is spacious with 5 bed rooms, 4 bath rooms, kitchen, dinning room, living room, office, pool room, storage rooms, fully equipped with sauna, Jacuzzi, pool table, central air-conditioning, on-site laundry, dish washer everything you need. The house is in quiet neighbourhood but Lakeshore village and Mimico village are in walking distance, 24 hours (every 5 mins) street car stop is in front of the house, 15 mins by TTC to Royal York subway station, 9 mins to GO train station and 10 mins to Humber College lakeshore campus, less then 40 mins to downtown via TTC on Queen street. By car Highway, Walmart, nofrills, IKEA, Cineplex, Sherway Gardens, etc. everything are just minutes away, and driving to downtown is just 10-15 minutes when traffic is good. If you want to get away stress from work to recharge yourself this will be your home and cottage in the city. We are looking for: -- single occupancy -- friendly, sociable, responsible, respectful to others -- clean, don't do drugs, no smoking in the house -- professionals and mature students with stable income -- no pet -- female preferred The bed rooms are on the upper level one (the blue room) facing the front yard available immediately rent will be $675/month+utilities or $800/month all inclusive for short term, the other facing the lake available from Jan 1st rent will be $700/month + utilities ($825/month all inclusive for short term less than 3 month).
