Other two bedrooms share hall bath with tub/shower combo and ample closet space. Operational solar panels that may help decrease monthly power bill. Large garage with plenty of storage. Move in ready. Seven day a week showings can be scheduled through a Rently Self Showing Box or by key check out at our office at 2320 Devine Street, Columbia, SC 29205 Monday through Friday from 9-5 or after hours and weekends by appointment. Small pet negotiable with owner approval and pet fees and applications. No smoking please. All properties require renter's insurance. All utilities and trash service are the responsibility of the resident.
