This is the house for you if you want to country living close to town. Only 2 1/2 miles from downtown Christiansburg and 1 1/2 miles from I-81. Being this close to the interstate makes it easy to commute anywhere in the New River Valley or Roanoke. You can enjoy sitting out on the patio in the evenings and relax by yourself or have a cookout with friends and family. The enclosed back porch means you have somewhere to sit all year long.
