All electric unit with washer dryer in the unit. * On site manager is very active in the Park and all park rules/regulations are strictly enforced * Best Choice Property Managment is the Park Management Company but Keith Morris is the Mobile Home Owner and would be your Landlord. * Park provides snow removal, lawn care, and actively manages the park * Application fee and we check credit, criminal history, income level, and a Landlord Reference * For questions call Owner Keith Morris at 402.805.2420
