Jotul woodstove separates living room and dining area, at bottom of steps so heat flows into bedrooms...Use by tenant on a case-by-case basis depending upon experience with wood stoves. Large full bath with linen closet is accessed through bedroom hallway, and directly from master bedroom. Snow removal from driveway supplied by mid-day. Tenant pays all utilities (oil, electric, phone, internet, cable). Landlord uses garage, and tenant may park two cars in carport.
