Eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar separating dining area, double closet pantry in dining area. Sliders to covered deck off kitchen. Living room with fireplace, which is a decor piece not to be used. Jotul woodstove separates living room and dining area, at bottom of steps so heat flows into bedrooms...Use by tenant on a case-by-case basis depending upon experience with wood stoves. Large full bath with linen closet is accessed through bedroom hallway, and directly from master bedroom. Snow removal from driveway supplied by mid-day. Tenant pays all utilities (oil, electric, phone, internet, cable). Landlord uses garage, and tenant may park two cars in carport. There is a washer and dryer in lower basement available for tenant's use, though landlord will not replace if necessary...Work well. Prefer a one+ year lease to expire in Spring (IE 3/31/17) Square footage per Field Card.
