Water, sewer and garbage included. Electrical hookup in place and can be activated through West Florida Electric co-op. 50 AMP or 30 AMP. Small pets are allowed if restrained. Each lot has its owner mailing address. Lot rent is $420 per month with a $200 deposit and a 6 month lease and lawn maintenance is included in rent. The lot can accommodate a RV up to a length of 40 feet. Also included is a carport and small deck. Beautiful and peaceful. No Cats Allowed
