About 252 E 7th St #252
Beautifully updated two level duplex. You enter the home to an auxiliary living room that was used as a workout room, music center, and always housed the Christmas tree. You’ll see the separating wall between the left and right duplex is exposed brick that is an artwork in itself. Through the walkway, past the stairs, you enter the main living room that connects to the kitchen. Hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen has granite countertops, hardwood cabinetry and all stainless steel appliances. Lots of built in storage. The staircase is cased in ornamental ironwork which swings open to allow for a queen size mattresses to easily fit up the staircase. Great natural light fills the staircase. At the top of the stairs you can go left to the 2nd bedroom, or down the hall to the bathroom and master. The master has a sunroom off the back of it and a larger closet. The bathroom has tile flooring, wood cabinets, a large tub with glass shower door. The washer and dryer are also in the bathroom, which makes it super easy to complete this dreaded task! You can exit the kitchen to the back patio. Down a few steps you reach the brick patio which is great for sunning or grilling. Walk a bit further down the cement pad to a large screened in gazebo with lighting and electric. On street parking is never an issue in this part of downtown. But you are still only a few blocks from tons of restaurants. Excellent location!!
