About 2519 Obsidian Place
Retreat with ocean and mountains views from its yard available in Beat Mountain, Victoria; available for short term rent from middle of Feb to May (please, message me for your inquiry). The executive furnished one bedroom suite with a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, a sofa bed, and a fenced yard in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Few minutes drive to Costco, Westshore Shopping Center, restaurants; 20 minutes drive to the center of Victoria and 35 minutes to Victoria airport. Thetis Lake, Bear Mountain Golf Club and Gold Streams Provincial Park in less than 10 minutes drive. It is suitable for business travelers, family vacation and those who would like to stay in a peaceful place, to experience or explore Vancouver island offers. Additional pet fee and damage deposit are required. No smoking, vaping,drinking, party and pot. Maximum capacity is four persons. Additional guest after two will be charged for $35/ night for each. The Internet, Netflix and Amazon Prime included.
