About 250 Summit Boulevard
Looking for a neat, single, professional in mid-20s to early 30s to rent out the extra room in my apartment from January 1st-June 1st! The apartment complex is located across the street from Flatirons Mall in Broomfield, CO. It is located a mile from Highway 36, meaning it is only 15 minutes from Boulder and 20 minutes from downtown Denver, ideal for those who enjoy the quiet life of the suburbs whilst still being close to the bars and nightlife of the big city. The apartment itself is a total of 1114 square feet and the common areas are completely furnished so no need for you to have any furniture except for your room and bathroom. Although the second bathroom is not attached it would be considered private, which means none of my guests would have access. I am asking for $775/mo. and for 50% of the utilities, plus a deposit of $200, which will be refunded should you not incur any damages in the unit. I do have a cat and two chinchillas (they stay in their cage) but I ask for no incoming pets (cat or dog). I am in my early 20s and am a very neat, hardworking, relatively quiet within the apartment itself. I am looking for someone who is neat as well and respectful of the space. Please respond should you be interested in the unit!

Rent is $775/mo. with 50% of utilities covered each month
It will be from January 1st-June 1st, unless otherwise agreed upon.
