This unit is located a short walk from Oklawaha Greenway and a ten minute walk to downtown Hendersonville. UTILITIES: Lawn care included in rent. Tenant responsible for electric, city water, city sewer, trash and internet. (High-speed internet available but must be confirmed by tenant.) PET POLICY: Maximum two cats allowed. NO DOGS. Each pet requires a non-refundable $300/pet fee. All service and support animals permitted by law with appropriate paperwork provided.
