Clean and respectable 2 bedroom unit in a well maintained 4-plex. Living room, kitchen and 1/2 bath are downstairs, two bedrooms and full bathroom are upstairs. I am the owner and manager of the building and take great pride in each unit and every tenant. All units are non smoking. The pictures are of a different unit and will very slightly. Walking distance to near by amenities including Horine Park and Super 1 Foods. No pets. Terms are $1,300 per month. First months rent and deposit of $1,300 are required before move in. 1 Year lease. I will only rent to qualified tenants and will conduct a reference, criminal, credit, and evictions check. Income requirement is 2.5X monthly rent which is $3,000 per month gross (before any taxes) or $17/hr full time.
