Enjoy a freshly renovated mobile home in a 55-and-over community, with new floors and new paint in Largo! This spacious home has a large kitchen, a large living/dining area, a converted sun room with it’s own AC unit, so you can enjoy it cooled in the summer and open with fresh air, in the winter months. The whole home has central AC (except the sun room which has a new window unit). The are 2 large bedrooms with lots of storage space in the master, including a walk-in closet and a half bathroom (toilet and sink). In addition, there is another large bedroom and a decent-sized bathroom. Outside, there is a shed with washer and dryer hook-ups plus other storage space. This clean mobile home is situated in a great community with many facilities, including a large community center, a large pool and lots of shuffleboard courts.
