This home rental is incredibly convenient to everything and walkable to school, restaurants, and shopping. It is only minutes away from the EOD school or Eglin AFB. HOA cuts the front lawn, trims the hedges, mulches yearly, and maintains the sprinkler system. A large dog may be acceptable if the dog is clean and calm. ***NOTE*** No one is allowed to show up unannounced at this rental. All showings need to be scheduled in advance.
