Aberdeen features with family-friendly Amenities including a clubhouse and recreational sports, two pools with twisty water slide, complete with a fitness center and playgrounds. Occupied needs advance notice for showings. Pets welcome but needs HO approval( 40lbs or less) No agressive breeds allowed. Tenant to maintain lawn care and pest control. Application & Move-In Process: Our rental application process is simple and efficient! Once your application is submitted, it will be reviewed and a decision is typically provided within 1–3 business days. If approved, a security deposit is required within 48 hours to secure the home.
