Washer and dryer can be included please contact manager to discuss. Plenty of off-street parking, but additional on-street parking is available. Easy commute with easy access to major highways as well as restaurants and shopping. This home is tucked into a neighborhood on a circular drive which means less traffic and noise! New large shed roughly 10x10 in back with electricity that can be used for workshop, storage, work out space. Back yard has been leveled and seeded, will seed again in spring. Back deck has been repoured and covered for relaxing space to entertain or enjoy your morning coffee. Back yard lot looks into woods with slope down to creek. The resident pays for gas, electricity, water/sewer, trash, and lawn care. Maximum two pets allowed. Only cats or medium to small dogs are allowed.
