Fully furnished waters-edge, lakefront, executive level accommodations, available for long term lease beginning now until 3/30/26. All utilities are included, such as electricity/heat, WIFI, cable, garbage, water/sewer. Includes linens, towels, kitchen supplies, tools, pans, etc. Stunning, clean, safe and walk to town, bars, restaurants. Waterfronts II is the ONLY property in Port Clinton with its own private beach, pool and hot tub. Max two people. No smoking. No pets. This is rented year round as allergen-free, so if you have a pet, I am sorry, we cannot rent to you. I am not being rude or condescending when I deny your application for this reason, I just need to make sure I make sure my guests with pet allergy issues are safe. If interested please respond with the answers to these questions: 1) Who specifically would be living in the condo for any length of time? Please share full names of occupants. 2) Anyone smoke? 3) Any pets? 4) Proof of stable income at 3X rent to income ratio? 5) When would you like to move in and move out preferably? 6) Why are you moving? 7) Is your rental history clean? Any filing for evictions? 8) If your credit history is not good, are you prepared to pay first, last PLUS one months security deposit prior to moving in? Thank you for answering all questions fully and completely. It will save a lot of time as I only show the condo to those who would qualify to rent. Rate of $1200/month is based on a 3-month lease beginning now to 3/30/2026. Month to month lease considered.
