Close to Rt 16's Exit 7 and just a few minutes to UNH, Wildcat and Coast bus routes nearby. Off street parking. No smoking, no pets. Must meet income requirements and pass credit & background checks. Income verification required. Rental history & references preferred. Please note, you would be signing a lease for $2200 monthly, split with 2 other people.
