The best part of this unit is the huge lanai that looks over the Ala Wai Canal and Waikiki as well as the lanai off the bedroom that looks towards Diamond Head! The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and microwave hood, and a stackable washer and dryer add extra convenience. The secure building offers one covered, assigned parking stall on the first level just off the lobby. Amenities include a swimming pool, sauna, recreation area with BBQ, and an on-site resident manager. Ideally located near Iolani School, Ala Wai Elementary, Ala Wai Community Park, Ala Moana Shopping Center, Magic Island beach park, and Waikiki. The unit provides easy access to island living and is just minutes from the UH Manoa campus. This is a non-smoking unit with no pets allowed, and renter’s insurance is required prior to move-in. Currently the building is being worked on with spalling repairs and then eventually painting of the building.
