Thank you for your interest in our three-bedroom, two-bathroom mobile home. This residence features a spacious master suite with a walk-in closet and a kitchen equipped with a substantial walk-in pantry, located within a pet-friendly community. To proceed, all interested parties must meet with the property manager before completing an application. Please review the following residency requirements: - Income: Applicants must demonstrate a gross monthly income of at least three times the monthly rent ($3,000.00). Verifiable documentation, including consecutive paystubs from the last 90 days, must be provided via the Rent Butter application. Self-employed applicants should use the "Verify by Bank Account" option to demonstrate consistent business payments. - Occupancy: Every occupant over the age of 18 must submit an individual application. The application fee is $50 per adult. - Criminal History: We do not accept applicants with felony convictions. Misdemeanors occurring within the last five years are reviewed on a case-by-case basis; additional documentation may be required. - Evictions: We do not accept applicants with evictions recorded within the last three years. - Vouchers: We are currently unable to accept Section 8 vouchers. Upon approval, a $100 lease signing fee as well as the deposit, first month's rent, and pet fees if applicable, is due prior to move-in. This property is expected to lease quickly.
