The eat-in kitchen has a pass through window to the living room, stainless steel appliances, and a tiled backsplash. The living area has large sliding windows that allow for plenty of natural light. There are two bedrooms and a jack-and-jill bathroom with a tub / shower combination. The community has a coin operated laundry facility and an oversized parking lot at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is located near shopping and restaurants, and not far from the LECOM Baseball field, Riverwalk and everything that downtown Bradenton has to offer! We score every application. If an application doesn’t score high enough, the resident may be required to place the equivalent of two months’ rent in a security deposit.
