Minimum credit score 725 required by San Raphael (a recent credit report from EXPERIAN, TRANS UNION OR EQUIFAX with score) and no more than 30% of income used for housing. Proof of income (W-2 Form or tax return from the previous year, as well as two current paystubs) also required; no co-signers accepted. No commercial vehicles or trucks allowed on premises.
