Come for the view stay for the home! Beautiful Trilogy (a community for persons 55+) home with breathtaking views featuring 2350 square feet of comfortable living space. From the entry way you not only over look the formal living/dining space but also the outside courtyard that is accessed through double french doors and has its own gas fireplace. Also nestled just off the entry is a nice sized office, hobby/art room or possible third bedroom that also overlooks the courtyard area. Center of the home is a cozy den space with french doors for needed privacy. The great room area has a nice sized island kitchen with eating area, walk-in pantry, granite counter tops, circular bar seating, new refrigerator and dishwasher all over looking the family room adorned with custom drapes and fireplace. Master suite features walk-in closet, patio access, on-suite bathroom with dual vanity, soaking tub and step in shower. Secondary bedroom also has private on-suite bath that features newer walk-in shower with glass enclosure.
