Plenty of outdoor space to relax, bbq and socialize with a large deck and fenced-in backyard. Home includes a garage for parking or storage with a carport in front for off-street parking. The home includes a ductless mini split for heating and cooling in the main living area and lots of skylights for natural light all year long. __________________________________________________________________ Application Submission: Applications will be accepted starting 5/14/2026 at 11 AM. Applications are not considered received until deemed complete. We will inform you via email once your application has been deemed complete. Please consult our Rental Overview & Screening info document on the Nest West Property website for more information on what is required to complete your application. If you need additional time to complete your application because you require language assistance, please let us know at the time you submit your application. Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets allowed (cats and dogs) allowed. There is an additional pet deposit of $500 per pet and pet rent of $25/month for each pet.
