Large front porch in quiet street and cute private garden with deck at the rear. Off the street parking at the back of the house. The kitchen has been upgraded with new fridge, range and microwave oven. The central island is fitted with a dishwasher while washer and dryer are conveniently hidden in the large kitchen. There is an extra (old, but fully functional) refrigerator and a freezer in the large basement with plenty space for extra storage. No Pets allowed.
