Laundry 10 minutes away. Loft is ladder-access. Please consider your physical limitations, though it is very steady. Perfect for peace, adventure & a bucket-list. Fires OK w/ no ban. If you want to be close to everything, but feel far away, this is a great fit. Electricity , WIFI, Gas heat & snow plowing included in rent. Owner covers it all ,except trash. Available. January 2/2027 - May 1st. 2027. This is a guest favorite on Airbnb. Some Pets OK, limit of two, for homeowners insurance purposes some breeds are prohibited, please send me the breed you have. Excludes High shedding animals like shepherds, huskies, etc. Tenant responsible for yard upkeep, snow, around steps and deck, around car, weed whacking, & trash.
