Cozy three-bedroom, two-bathroom furnished house for rent in Tucson estates no 2. The interior is spacious and saturated with sunlight. Our central living room area is equipped with basic cable TV, DVD and a radio. Adjacent is a large dining table and a fine reading area with a fantastic selection of travel and arts literature with a special focus on the southwest. The fully equipped kitchen has a state-of-the-art gas stove and fridge. High-speed Wireless internet is available throughout the house. Master bedroom with queen size bed, large walk in closet as well as a large bathtub with shower. The other two bedrooms have generous sliding-door closets and share a bathroom with tub and shower. There are plenty of linens and towels for your stay. The backyard is simply irresistible and its seating area creates a natural transition between the inside and outside of our property. Guarded over by a magnificent Palo Verde tree and flanked by a lush citrus grove, the backyard is an oasis for our guests. Enjoy a grapefruit or two for breakfast before adventuring out to the desert museum! The back gate leads directly to trailheads in the Cat Mountains which are visible from the all around the house. Located at the end of a cul de sac in the heart of a vibrant community, the house is a two-minute walk from the Tucson estates clubhouse with clean heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts and putting green, bocci ball court and table tennis. The clubhouse offers a multitude of classes and clubs you may wish to join during your stay. Access to the clubhouse is included with the rental. The outstanding Arizona Sonora desert museum and the Saguaro National Park are barely two miles away and are world-class travel destinations. Additionally, Tucson is a golf destination boasting many great courses within a small radius. No-smoking inside the house, and no pets please. Price reflected is for summer. Seasonal rates are as follows: Sep 1-Oct 31, Apr 1-May 31 $2,725.00 monthly, Nov 1- March 31 $3,175.00 monthly and June 1-Aug 31 $1,675.00 a month. January 1-April 2 2020 is booked. Trisha Brown
