For short-term (minimum stay until Jan 31st) or medium/long-term rental. The building is directly beside the Yaletown Roundhouse Skytrain station. ROOM Spacious private bedroom (136 sq ft - 14.6 ft x 9.3 ft), your own 55-inch HDTV (Amazon Fire TV Stick for smart TV streaming apps), private bathroom, and private closet. The bed pictured is a double-size bunk bed (top bunk is good for more storage or if you have a friend visit), but we can swap that with a queen-size bed (some assembly required). Both beds have drawers for more storage. Additional storage is available in the living area and in the storage locker, if needed. - 136 sq ft (14.6 x 9.3) - Desk & Office Chair - 55inch HDTV - Amazon Fire SmartTV stick - Large Closet with hangers - Queen-size bed OR bunk bed (I have 2 different bed frames I can move into the room, bunk bed pictured) - Both beds have storage - Your own full bathroom with a bathtub, shower APARTMENT The room is in a VERY spacious 1302 sq ft 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment. The apartment has a view of False Creek. Shared kitchen and living room. BUILDING Building Amenities: - Gym - Pool - Mini Sauna - Hot Tub (currently in repair, no eta) - Bike storage - Storage locker - Guest Parking RENT $1650 flat rent (EVERYTHING included!) - Electricity/Heat/Water included - Household supplies included: cleaning/lights/maintenance/toilet paper etc. - 100 Mbps Novus Fiberoptic Internet - Streaming: Netflix, Disney+, Prime, Apple TV, Crave. LOCATION Great Location, Super Convenient: Right beside Yaletown Skytrain Station, bus stops, bike share, Evo car share, community center, and grocery store nearby.
