There is an attached single car garage with automatic opener and washer & dryer hook-ups. Appliances included are range, refrigerator, built in microwave, and dishwasher. Basic garbage and recycling are included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities. Rent: $2,495.00 per month. Minimum Gross Applicant Income: $7,485.00 per month (3 times monthly rent). TERMS: This property is located OUTSIDE Portland city limits and is not subject to the FAIR Ordinance. • All occupants 18 years of age and older are Applicants and are jointly responsible for paying rent to the landlord. • Minimum gross Applicant income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent. • One year rental agreement. • NON-SMOKING PROPERTY.
