One the best views of the Burrard harbour and of the city. Quick access to parking and elevators. Nice pool area/deck. If you like tennis, there is a really well maintained court. This was the owners home with all higher end finishes. A murphy bed and a large tv stand/cabinet stay with the suite (only really needs a sofa and tv). Walk and bike to everything. The rental listing has lots of details. The locations is the key. It's right in the heart of Kits village which spells convenience. Transport (Evo Hub, multiple buses, quick access to downtown), Day to day and fun activities are all within 5 minutes. The suite is an escape from it all. Gaze at the ocean and enjoy the silence. The suite is a modern suite with a lot of conveniences. An owners' suite...it has upgrade on everything and everything ((the entire suite)) is still like brand new. Appliances, custom murphy bed, high end materials and construction, deep soaker tub with jets. Heated floors with different heat zones (one for bathroom, one for living etc). TV unit with storage that rolls. Custom closets, night stands, shoe racks, soft closing shelves in the murphy bed. Newly renovated Sub-Penthouse in Kits near the beach. couple minutes drive to downtown vancouver 98 walk score, buses 7,4,84,2,22 to downtown Views of the water, city, Stanley Park, kits beach, Vancouver island and north shore mountains. Was a ONE BED, but opened the unit to enhance the view (more a large STUDIO ) Custom kitchen, custom murphy bed, custom storage, custom heated floors with high end finishes throughout the home.
