This apartment was completely remodeled with new cabinets, new drywall, new windows, new furnace, new tile, new wood laminate flooring, new bathroom, all new fixtures, new wiring, new insulation, etc. It's a great layout and looks great. Photos are of this apartment. We pay Hot Water, Water, Sewer and Garbage included in the rent. No extra fees for utilities. You should experience low utility bills.
