Originally built in 1890, this unit has undergone a full renovation including crown molding and refinished original hardwood floors. The back yard is a safe and secure courtyard shared with the tenants upstairs. Includes off street parking in the rear of the property. Responsible and professional owners/landlords. Requires non-refundable $40 application/background/credit check, minimum gross income of $3K per month and no prior evictions. Please note we are not working with section 8 at the moment.
