After five years living at Middlebrooke I'm finally leaving a well-deserved review. Top marks go to Mindy who manages the office. She is absolutely superb. Whenever I have a question she is responsive and treats me in a professional yet warm way. Although service requests have been few over the years because Mindy and coworkers ensure maintenance is done regularly, when I've had a concern she not only takes care of it promptly, she follows up. The grounds around the buildings are well-kept and new amenities have been added recently. I appreciate Mindy's dedication to management and service excellence, which support the quality of life for Middlebrooke's residents.
