Head up to the third floor to find a master bedroom with its own private bathroom as well as another full bath in the hallway and two other bedrooms. $80 Monthly Grounds Maintenance fee paid in addition to the rent that will cover the lawn care, snow removal, and complex/building improvement projects, upkeep, and repair. Pets are allowed with certain dog breed restrictions. There is a $500 non-refundable pet fee and $50 month pet rent. Tenant pays electric, water/sewer, trash, and gas. Pets are allowed.
