The second, smaller living has a stationary sectional leather sofa and faces a gas burning fireplace and mantle. There is door out to the backyard onto a deck in the backyard. The dining room adjoins the larger living room and has table seating for 6 and has a large window for lots of extra natural lighting. NEWLY remodeled kitchen connects both living rooms. All new cabinetry, countertops and appliances. There are 2 coffee makers, an electric water kettle and dishware service for 12.
