We have an early 90's mobile home available with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms for only $858/month for 108 months and with a $1800 down payment, which includes lot rent. Based on your application we may be able to work with you on the down payment by breaking that up into smaller monthly payments. A security deposit is required and is based upon your application with the average deposit being equal to one month's payment. The kitchen is open with lots of room!
