Before final approval can be obtained, applicants will be required to submit a pet application through a third-party pet screening company and provide pet photos and vaccination records. There is a fee of $30 per pet, per year, for this service. Disclaimer: If your application is accepted, you will be charged a $190 administration fee at the time of move-in. This is a one-time fee per household. Renters insurance is required for all properties.
