This home is available for in person tours. Photos, video, and application are located on the Guardian Property Management website. We are looking for a 24 month lease to start. Option to renew at that time if desired. Walking into this home from the front door you have a formal living space, through that is the kitchen, dining, and living room space. Living room has access to the deck and a fas fireplace. The dining area also has a sliding glass door to the deck, walking through the kitchen you will find stairs up half a level to 3 bedrooms and a full bath. From the kitchen if you go down half a level you will find another living rooms space, laundry area, 3/4 bath and office. Down one more level you have a very large storage space, workshop, and access to the two car attached garage. Fenced Yard, with large deck. As a tenant you are responsible for all lawn and snow care. Tenant is responsible for all utlities. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit, rental/work history and includes a criminal background check. For full criteria visit our website and click “apply now” on the listed unit. For all units with forced air heating residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month.
