Tucked away in the peaceful Lake Cushman Community, this cozy retreat is located on a private cul-de-sac near the tranquility of Lake Kokanee. Inside, you'll find a spacious and well-appointed kitchen, freshly painted walls, and the convenience of a washer and dryer for tenant use. Additional storage space is available in two outbuildings, and there's a carport for parking your vehicle. Please note that medium-sized dogs are welcome with additional fees, but we regretfully cannot accommodate cats. A $50 monthly water fee applies and septic is included. Minimum security deposit is $1700. 1 Year Lease. No Cats Allowed
