The floor plan includes one bedroom and full bath on the main level, with two additional bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. The home is fully furnished with a Tempur-Pedic king bed and two queen beds. Enjoy a large, fully fenced backyard offering privacy and outdoor living space, complete with a mini-Green Egg, seating area, stone fire pit, and storage shed. Additional features include a one-car garage with extra storage, ample driveway and front parking, and a peaceful neighborhood setting. Conveniently located within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and a movie theater, and just minutes from the beach and other island amenities. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. A $300 non-refundable pet deposit applies. Property owner covers, lawn maintenance, pest control, and all emergent repairs.
