It is a good-sized bedroom fully furnished and linens supplied. It has a closet, large dresser and desk. The bathroom is right beside the bedroom and is private for your use only. Towels are provided also if needed. The remainder of the facilities are shared. There is another tenant in the basement bedroom as well. The main floor includes a sunny living room with a piano, a good-sized kitchen with a large island with seating available and a dining room table. The washing machine and dryer are available in our bathroom ensuite on the second floor. We can work out a convenient time for all of us. In the warmer months we have a deck with an eating area and BBQ for your use. There is also a small yard with a patio that has a sitting area and lights. Some storage is available outside in the garage at your request. The front has street parking, a bench and a large grass area for playing outdoor games. We are located near a gas station and a 7-eleven with a Tim Hortons for convenience. For those that need public transit the bus stop is a 5-minute walk. It is a 10-minute ride to the C-Train station in Crowfoot. We are surrounded by many different paths, parks, schools, grocery stores, restaurants, stores, banks, library, movie theater and YMCA all within walking distance. We are a family of 2 now. My husband is retired, I work part-time. We are very accommodating and easy to get along with. We are always excited to welcome a new person into our home and make it their home away from home.

The main floor includes a sunny Livingroom with a piano, a good sized kitchen with a large island and seating, and a dining table. Also shared during the warmer months are the deck out back with a outside eating area and BBQ, and a patio with sitting area and lights. Some storage is available in our garage. We are a family of 3 and a senior dog. My husband is retired, I am semi-retired and our young adult daughter live on the second floor where our laundry facilities are. You are welcome to do your own laundry but it is a lot of stairs so we offer to do it for you. The front has street parking and a bench with a large grass area for playing outdoor games.
