About 2309 U St
Large 4 bedroom home located near UNL campus. Bus stop runs right next to for easy transport. This home just received a new coat of paint and brand new carpet on the stairs and in the bedrooms! Living and dining areas are very spacious. Kitchen received new vinyl and dishwasher a year ago. There is stackable washer/dryer on the first for which is very convenient. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a full bath. Each room offers a large area and big closets. There is a also a basement however is unfinished and can be used for storage. Lastly, there is a lots of parking spaces with fitting at least 4 in the driveway. Residents are responsible for all utilities including lawn care and snow removal. We are pet friendly here! There is a one time fee of $250, pet rent is an additional $25(per) each month, and 2 pet maximum. -New carpet! -Laundry hookups for stackable on first floor -Pet friendly -Off street parking -Unfinished basement -Unfortunately we do not accept section 8 Schedule a tour and apply online today!
