This home has 3 bedrooms and one bath on the upper level and the same on the walkout basement level. The upper level has living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room and the garage. The lower floor has a large family room and storm safe room in addition to the 3 bedrooms (2 are non-conforming) and one bath. Great back yard with a deck off the upper level and deck off the lower level of the house and a nice storage shed. Newly painted interior and mostly new flooring throughout. There is a storm shelter room in the basement. Nice subdivision south of Ozark South Elementary School. The pet policy found on our home page applies to any pets for this property. The fully refundable security deposit is an amount equal to one month's rent. A prepaid cleaning fee equal to 30% of the monthly rent will be paid at time of signing lease to be applied when vacating. Lease will expire April 30, 2026 and auto renew on July 1 of each year if tenant/landlord does not elect to terminate between April 30 and July 1. Move out options are April 30, May 31, June 30. Buyout option available if tenant needs to break lease.
